The twentieth meeting of the board of directors of the International Union of Export Guarantee Funds of Islamic countries, known as the “Aman Union”, was held as a video conference.

According to Shata, the Export Guarantee Fund of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which became a member of the Board of Directors at the meeting of the General Assembly of the Aman Union in 2019 for two years, along with the Export Guarantee Funds of Egypt, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Turkey and affiliated ICIEC. The Islamic Development Bank and the Kuwait Guarantee Institute are made up of members of the union’s board.
In this meeting, while approving the minutes of the 2019 summit, the general secretary of the summit was transferred from Turkey to the Kuwait Guarantee Institute.
Seyed Arash Shahraeini, a member of the board of directors of the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran, attended the meeting of the board of directors of the union on behalf of this fund.
Approval of the 2019 financial statements and the 2020 budget, review of the Corona Crisis on Member Performance, the creation of the Aman Union Award for Successful Institutions in Export Credit Insurance, the formation of three committees to monitor short-term, long-term and investment issuance and the establishment of secretariats He described the union as one of the decisions of the meeting.
